Now I'm not the brightest guy, buy I think I figured out the following instructions that go with this honor:
1. Put the logo on your blog.
2. Add a link to the person who awarded it to you.
3. Nominate at least 7 other blogs.
4. Add links to these blogs on your blog.
5. Leave a message for your nominee on their blog.
With great power goes great responsibility, so here are my nominees:
1. Mama’s losin’ it
But she’s fighting the dementia every step of the way
Blogger and sports fan from
Jiana is the youngest blogger I’ve been reading and has some great observations.
She and her family are trying to adopt and keeping it light hearted.
5. Sassy Stephanie of Our Piece of Quiet
6. Jennifer P Of the Peterson’s Go Public: http://theboysquad.blogspot.com/
With a bunch of boys, not much is private. Plus she gave me my first comment ever.
7. Journey to the Hot Tub http://hottublizzy.blogspot.com/
8. Debbie from This is the Life.
It's not the life of Riley, but I know Riley and Debbie isn't missing anything.
9. French Maid Cocette of Suburban Musings.
She keeps the place tidy but doesn't accept tips
So that's two days of trying to figure this process out.
Thanks to everyone who read my blog yesterday who helped push reads over 100 for the first time. And Part 3 of Dialing Under the Influence is posted on my screenplay blog.

TT...Thanks for stopping by. I think you left a comment last week as well and I meant to come over and check things out around here. But first I have to give you a hard time about leaving a comment on my blog that you left me an award, but funny I don't see my name in the nominations ;) I am laughing so hard because that is just screaming to be one of my blog posts this week...Don't feel obliged to give it to me...I received the same one last week and need to pay it forward. I just thought the whole thing was really really funny.
Ah, see I said it was confusing. The rules were at least seven, so now you are eighth, but in no particular order.Did you ever read Gayle Sayers autobiography "I Am Third"? I think he had his priorities right.
Thanks for visiting.
Oh, I'm so honored! When is the gala award dinner? I have to prepare my speech! And I don't have a thing to wear!
Thank you for your kind support!
Merci beaucoup, TT!
Congrats on the award that I gave you! LOL! Glad to see some "faces" I know on your award list.
Aww, thank you! I'm touched. Thank you so much! :)
Really? I was? So it wasn't a freaky jedi mind trick to make it look like you had no comments? I thought a blog as witty as yours probably had so many comments that you had devised some way to just make them vanish into thin air and land directly into your email box--and then everyone would continue to want to leave a comment so they could be "first"------dang! I really wanted to learn that trick :)!
Thanks for the award!
Hopped over from Kathy's blog after I read your comment about the wedding ring. So funny. Love how you've shared the bloggy love. More IS better. Most of the time.
Ta ta my entertaining bloggy friend.
I've been outta my mind, I mean outta town and now must run to catch up on the soon to be picked up screen play.
it is so nice to be virtually honored in a virtual world and i hope you are virtually drinking yourself under the table at a virtual after-party.
because man, you deserve a little rah-rah.
and again, i am so, so sorry about your dad. remember: the son is a mirror of the man. the reflection looks good.
Diggin the blog.
Thanks for stopping by. I checked out your other blog and I can't wait for the next installment. Great job.
